Add Extra Account and Profile Points
Add extra WooCommerce loyalty points for account and profile actions such as signup, profile completion, birthdays, or verification.

Extra account and profile bonuses help reward customer engagement outside of purchases.
Open Extra Points
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Loyalty → Extra points.
- Find Account & Profile.
Available Bonuses
- Sign-up: points when a customer creates an account.
- Daily log-in: points when a customer logs in daily.
- Birthday: bonus points on the customer’s birthday.
- Anniversary: bonus points on account anniversary.
- Complete profile: points when required profile fields are completed.
Recommended Values
Use small values for frequent actions. Daily login points can grow quickly if the value is too high.
- Sign-up: 20 points
- Daily login: 1 to 5 points
- Birthday: 50 points
- Anniversary: 50 points
- Complete profile: 20 points
Birthday Field Note
If WooCommerce Advanced Accounts Premium is active and manages the birthday field, Loyalty avoids adding a duplicate birthday field to the user profile.
