Add Extra Purchase and Order Points

Purchase and order bonuses let you reward customer behavior beyond the normal order value earning rule.

Open Purchase Bonuses

1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Loyalty → Extra points.
2. Find Purchase & Order.

Available Bonuses

• First purchase: bonus for the first completed order.
• Milestone purchases: bonus on reaching a purchase count, such as 5th or 10th order.
• Spending milestones: bonus when lifetime spend reaches an amount.
• High cart value: bonus when an order subtotal exceeds a threshold.
• Payment method used: bonus when customers use selected enabled payment gateways.
• Inactivity return: bonus when a lapsed customer returns after a number of days.

Examples

• First purchase: 50 points.
• 5th order: 100 points.
• Lifetime spend reaches 500: 200 points.
• Order subtotal over 300: 50 points.
• Bank transfer payment: 20 points.
• Return after 60 inactive days: 100 points.

Best Practice

Do not enable every bonus immediately. Start with first purchase and one milestone. Add more after you understand the cost of the program.
