Audit Points From Orders and Points History

Use the order points summary and Users points history screen to investigate loyalty point changes.

Applies to 1.2.2+ Stable Verified July 29, 2026

WooCommerce Loyalty stores point changes in the customer balance fields, order metadata, and the loyalty points log table. The admin order summary and Users > Points history screen are the fastest way to audit what happened.

Use The Order Points Summary

  1. Go to WooCommerce > Orders and open the order.
  2. Look for the points summary block in the order data area.
  3. Review the customer balance, earned points, deducted points, used points, returned points, loyalty coupon code, and points log entries shown for the order.
  4. Click View points history for this order to open the filtered history screen.

Use Users Points History

  1. Go to Users > Points history.
  2. Filter by order ID or customer when investigating a specific case.
  3. Sort or scan by date to see the sequence of point changes.
  4. Open the linked order or user record when you need more context.
