Applies to 1.7.3+ Stable Verified July 29, 2026

Orders > Settings > Automation > Rule Builder

Open the feature

Go to Orders > Settings > Automation > Rule Builder.

Complete the workflow

  1. Create a narrowly scoped rule.
  2. Add role, zone, payment, vendor, product metadata, request, status, readiness, or location conditions.
  3. Choose split, merge, custom status, or skip.
  4. Set priority and test against one order.

Verify the result

  • The action has one result and one traceable log.
  • Related orders remain linked.
  • A failed retry does not create duplicate orders.
