Open the feature
Go to Orders > Settings > Automation > Rule Builder.
Complete the workflow
- Create a narrowly scoped rule.
- Add role, zone, payment, vendor, product metadata, request, status, readiness, or location conditions.
- Choose split, merge, custom status, or skip.
- Set priority and test against one order.
Verify the result
- The action has one result and one traceable log.
- Related orders remain linked.
- A failed retry does not create duplicate orders.
