Choose whether reorder items merge with or replace the cart and where the customer continues.
Open the feature
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Orders > Reorder.
Complete the workflow
- Confirm the source order and customer are eligible.
- Review selected items, quantity, stock, request conflict, and family context.
- Apply the configured action once.
- Follow source, return, replacement, queue, or analytics links to verify the result.
Verify the result
- The source order remains unchanged.
- The new order contains the intended items and quantity.
- Family conflicts prevent duplicate cancellation, return, exchange, or reorder work.
