Configure Reorder and Order Again

Configure eligibility, item selection, stock checks, cart behavior, email/page calls to action, tracking, and order-family behavior.

Applies to 1.4.1+ Stable Verified July 29, 2026

Advanced Order Manager 1.4.1 provides a controlled reorder flow instead of blindly copying the whole order. It can block conflicting family requests and coordinate available-to-sell planning with Stock Manager.

Open the feature

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Orders > Reorder.

Configure eligibility

  1. Enable Reorder and choose eligible order statuses globally and by role.
  2. Choose whether pending cancellation or return requests block reorder.
  3. Exclude product types that must not be repurchased.
  4. Enable item-level selection, stock preview, replacement suggestions, or quantity reduction as needed.

Configure the destination

  • Merge with the current cart or replace it.
  • Preserve supported checkout context.
  • Choose the redirect after items are added.
  • Use the Order again email CTA or the Buy this order again shortcode/block.

Verify the result

  • The selector shows only eligible items and quantities.
  • Unavailable items show the configured replacement or reduction behavior.
  • The new order links back to the source order and family timeline.
  • Analytics records the click, cart addition, and created order.
