Configure Review and Level-Up Bonuses
Configure WooCommerce review bonuses and level-up bonuses so customers receive points for engagement and loyalty milestones.
Review and level-up bonuses help keep customers engaged after purchasing.
Open Review and Gamification Settings
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Loyalty → Extra points.
- Scroll to Reviews & Gamifications.
Product Review Bonus
Enable Product review to award points when a customer leaves a product review. This can encourage more reviews, but keep the reward reasonable so customers do not leave low-quality reviews just for points.
Level-Up Bonus
Enable Level-up to award bonus points when customers reach a loyalty level. You can set different point amounts per level.
Recommended Setup
- Product review: 10 to 25 points.
- Silver level-up: 25 points.
- Gold level-up: 50 points.
- Platinum level-up: 100 points.
Testing
Use a test customer to submit a product review and confirm the points log records the action. For level-up bonuses, adjust a user’s total earned points or place test orders until the customer reaches the next level.
