Configure the Loyalty Information Bubble

The Loyalty information bubble is a floating front-end panel that gives customers a quick view of your rewards program. It can show point balance, earning rules, redemption options, referral details, and a guest call to action.

Enable Or Disable The Bubble

1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Loyalty > Customization.
2. Find the Loyalty bubble option in the member card/customization area.
3. Enable Enable the floating Loyalty bubble on the frontend.
4. Choose Bottom right or Bottom left for the bubble position.
5. Optionally enable the small YoOhw credit link under Powered by.
6. Save changes.

What The Bubble Displays

• For logged-in customers, the bubble can show current points, loyalty level, available rewards, earning rules, redeem rules, and referral information.
• For guests, the bubble can show program information and a join or login prompt.
• If advanced earning rules are enabled, the bubble can include product and category earning context.
• If redeem products are enabled, the bubble can include product redemption information.
• If referral coupon display is enabled, logged-in customers can see and copy their referral coupon.

Troubleshooting Visibility

• Confirm the bubble is enabled in Customization settings.
• Clear page cache and browser cache after changing the setting.
• Check whether the active theme hides fixed-position elements near the footer.
• Temporarily disable custom CSS that targets yowcl-loyalty-info classes.
• If the bubble appears only for some users, confirm the missing section has the required feature enabled.

Developer Filters

• Use yowcl_loyalty_info_bubble_enabled to control whether the bubble renders.
• Use yowcl_loyalty_info_bubble_sections to adjust the sections before they render.
• Keep customizations small and test them with guests, customers, and high-level members.
