Loyalty 1.2.1 retired the old Notification settings screen. Loyalty messages now use WooCommerce email classes, templates, sender settings, previews, and grouped navigation.
Open the feature
Go to Loyalty > Emails or WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Loyalty.
Configure and test an email
- Open the Loyalty email group.
- Choose an event such as points expiring, redeem confirmation, returned points, referral reward, contextual reward, almost-level reminder, coupon expiration, or statement.
- Enable the email and customize subject, heading, content, and recipients where available.
- Preview the template, then trigger the event with a test customer.
Verify the result
- The preview contains default context instead of an empty template.
- One event sends one email even when compatibility hooks also fire.
- Membership and Loyalty roles remain independently owned.
