Go to Customers > Settings.
Before you start
- Activate the supported source plugin and confirm its license/state.
- Decide which staff roles may see loyalty or risk context.
Recommended workflow
- Confirm the integration readiness shown for the active source plugin.
- Run the matching Maintenance sync when upgrading an existing store.
- Open representative profiles and compare source values.
- Use risk and loyalty filters only after the sync finishes.
What success looks like
- Profile badges and activity match the source plugin.
- Raw device, IP, fingerprint, or payment identifiers are not copied into CRM metadata.
Important notes
- Customer Intelligence is a consumer of these signals, not the source of truth for points or block decisions.
