Connect Loyalty With WooCommerce Advanced Accounts
Connect WooCommerce Loyalty with Advanced Accounts Premium to combine rewards, membership, verification, and account features.
WooCommerce Loyalty can work together with WooCommerce Advanced Accounts or Advanced Accounts Premium.
What Changes When Advanced Accounts Is Active
If Advanced Accounts is active, Loyalty does not manage the My Account endpoint directly from its own Customization section. Instead, you should manage the endpoint in WooCommerce → Settings → Accounts & Membership → Endpoints.
The Loyalty endpoint key is forced to my-points when Advanced Accounts is active.
Recommended Setup
- Enable Loyalty and set up loyalty levels.
- Go to Loyalty → Customization and confirm My Account display instructions.
- Go to Accounts & Membership → Endpoints.
- Show or reorder the My points endpoint.
- Save changes.
- If the page does not load, save Settings → Permalinks.
Birthday Field Integration
If Advanced Accounts Premium manages the birth date field, Loyalty avoids adding a duplicate birthday field to the user profile. This prevents two plugins from asking for the same customer information.
Customer Experience
Customers should see one clean My Account menu item for points, not two duplicate points pages. Test the My Account menu after enabling both plugins.
This integration is most useful when Advanced Accounts membership is configured. Start with Set Up Membership Roles if memberships are not ready yet.
