Connect WooCommerce Stock Manager With Advanced Order Actions and PDF Invoices
Use Advanced Order Actions for automatic order splitting and WCPDF for preorder/backorder document labels.

Advanced Order Actions
If WooCommerce Advanced Order Actions is active, licensed, and exposes the stock-status split workflow, WooCommerce Stock Manager can schedule an order split when a customer chooses separate delivery.
- Install and configure WooCommerce Advanced Order Actions.
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Stock status.
- Enable customer action.
- Enable Automatically split the order when the customer chooses to receive items separately.
- Save changes and test with a mixed cart.
WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips
When the PDF invoices plugin is active, WooCommerce Stock Manager can print preorder/backorder labels under line items in invoices and packing slips. In 1.5.0, PDF output prefers the checkout-time order item snapshot, so documents remain consistent even if the product status changes later.
Best Practice
Use order splitting only after testing normal mixed-order checkout. Use PDF labels when warehouse staff rely on printed documents for fulfillment.
