Create Coupons and Free Shipping From Points
Create WooCommerce coupons and free shipping rewards from loyalty points, including limits, conversion rules, and customer use.
Customers can convert points into coupon codes or free shipping rewards when those options are enabled.
Enable Convert Points
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Loyalty → General.
- Find Convert points.
- Select Coupon codes, Free shipping, or both.
- Save changes.
Coupon Codes
If coupon conversion is enabled, customers can convert points into a coupon reward from My Account. The coupon value is based on your redeem rules.
Use Expiration rule to set how long redeemed coupons remain valid. Leave it empty for unlimited coupon expiration.
Free Shipping
If free shipping conversion is enabled, set how many points are required for a free shipping reward.
WooCommerce must also have a Free shipping method enabled in the shipping zone and configured to require a valid free shipping coupon.
Customer Experience
Converted rewards appear from the customer’s My Points account area. Make sure the My Points account tab is enabled before promoting this feature.
Recommended Launch
Start with coupon conversion first. Add free shipping later after confirming shipping zones and free shipping coupon requirements are configured correctly.
