Customize My Points, Member Card, and Reward Messages
Customize the My Points area, member card, and reward messages customers see in WooCommerce account and checkout screens.
The Customization section controls how loyalty information appears to customers.
Open Customization
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Loyalty → Customization.
- Review the Levels & Membercard and Messages & Display sections.
Customize Levels and Member Card
- Level icons: upload an icon or badge for each level.
- Text colors: set level text and progress colors.
- Membercard: set text, background, and border colors.
Show Messages on Shop and Product Pages
You can show reward messages on product list pages and single product pages. Product page message positions include before/after add to cart, before/after short description, and after product meta.
You can also enable messages for guest visitors, which helps promote the loyalty program before customers log in.
Enable My Points in My Account
- Enable Points display.
- Set the label, such as My Points.
- Set the slug, such as
my-points. - Save changes.
- Go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes if the endpoint does not load.
If WooCommerce Advanced Accounts is active, manage the endpoint from WooCommerce → Settings → Accounts & Membership → Endpoints. In that case, Loyalty uses the my-points endpoint key.
Enable Cart and Checkout Messages
Enable Cart and Checkout messages if you want customers to see earning and redemption messages during purchase.
