Appearance provides Clean, Minimal, and Compact presets plus desktop and mobile previews for the booking form, customer portal, and manage-appointment experience.
Open the feature
Go to Yo Booking > Appearance.
Before you start
- Prepare approved brand colors and customer-facing titles.
- Create a private staging page for preview and validation.
Recommended workflow
- Choose a preset and adjust colors, maximum width, corner radius, density, and shadow.
- Configure booking, customer portal, and manage-appointment titles.
- Choose whether to show progress steps, service prices, and descriptions.
- Compare Desktop and Mobile previews.
- Publish the Yo Booking block or [yo-booking] shortcode on the booking page.
- Test keyboard navigation, validation, loading, empty, success, and error states.
What success looks like
- The public form matches the approved brand and remains readable on mobile.
- Customers can complete service, staff, date, time, details, payment, and review steps.
Important notes
- Reset defaults discards the customized appearance values after confirmation.
- Appearance changes do not create availability; services and schedules must already be valid.
