Customize the Request Popup Appearance
Customize the cancellation and return request popup appearance so the customer request flow matches your store experience.

The Appearance section controls the popup modal customers use when submitting cancellation or return requests.
Open Appearance Settings
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Orders.
- Open Appearance.
What You Can Customize
- Form border style, width, and radius.
- Form text, background, and border colors.
- Form shadow color, offset, blur, and spread.
- Submit button text color, background color, and border radius.
- Close button text color, background color, and border radius.
Use the Live Preview
The live preview updates as you change fields. Settings are saved only after you click Save changes.
Recommended Style
Keep the popup clean and high contrast. Customers are making a support-related request, so readability is more important than decoration.
