Duplicate Orders Safely
Duplicate WooCommerce orders safely for repeat requests, replacements, testing, or admin workflows without editing the original order.
Duplicate orders are useful when staff need to create a similar order for the same customer without starting from a blank order.
Configure Duplicate Rules
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Orders → General.
- Find Duplicate orders.
- Select the statuses that can be duplicated.
- Select the status that new duplicated orders should use.
- Save changes.
Duplicate One Order
- Open the order in WooCommerce → Orders.
- Find the Order actions dropdown.
- Choose Duplicate this order (in full) to copy customer data, items, shipping, fees, taxes, and coupons.
- Choose Duplicate this order (excl. items) when you want customer/order data but need to add items manually.
- Click the arrow button to run the action.
Bulk Duplicate Orders
On the orders list, select orders and use the bulk duplicate action. Orders that do not match the allowed statuses are skipped.
After Duplicating
Review item prices, shipping, coupons, taxes, and payment status before sending anything to the customer. A duplicated order is a new order, not a payment retry.
