Export, Preview-Import, and Reconcile Loyalty Points
Use Loyalty Tools for CSV export, import dry-run, batched reconciliation, issue review, and selected repair.

Version 1.2.2 adds a safer tools workflow. Preview imports before writing and run reconciliation as a batched scan before selecting any repair action.
Open the feature
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Loyalty > Tools.
Safe tools sequence
- Export the current points data as a backup.
- Upload CSV and run preview/dry-run.
- Resolve invalid users, columns, or values before import.
- Run Points Reconciliation and wait for the batched scan to finish.
- Review paginated issues and repair only selected, understood cases.
Verify the result
- Dry-run does not change balances.
- Import creates one expected log per change.
- Reconciliation repair is reflected in the customer balance and history.
