Review compact Global Blacklist results, open secure full analysis, recheck unfinished orders, and record an operational outcome.

Current releases store a compact, privacy-conscious order result locally. Detailed analysis remains on the connected Global Blacklist server and opens through a short-lived secure grant.
Open the feature
Go to WooCommerce > Orders > open an order > Order risk score.
Read the compact result
- Decision: allow, challenge, block, pending, or unavailable.
- Plan and checked time: confirms which subscription context produced the result.
- Summary: shows only the evidence needed for daily review.
Review and act
- Use View full analysis when the compact result is not enough.
- Use Recheck for an unfinished result after connection or quota recovery.
- Complete the store operation separately: verify, suspect, block, remove, cancel, refund, or fulfill.
- Use Report incorrect result only to document decision quality feedback.
Verify the result
- Full analysis opens only for staff who can manage the order.
- Recheck replaces pending/failed state after a valid server response.
- Order notes and outcome delivery do not duplicate on repeated status changes.
Outcome review in Core 2.2.11
- Choose only an outcome valid for the original decision and provide a reason for a resolved review.
- Enter a case or evidence ID when the selected reason requires one; the field remains hidden until relevant.
- Probable-match confidence is privacy-safe context and cannot block an order without corroborating evidence.
