Import Points and Redefine Loyalty Levels
Import WooCommerce loyalty points and redefine loyalty levels when migrating stores or correcting customer reward data.
The Tools section helps stores migrate loyalty data and recalculate levels.
Open Tools
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Loyalty → Tools.
Import CSV
The import tool updates user point balances from a CSV file.
The expected columns are:
- user_id
- user_points
- user_earning_points
- Download the sample CSV file from the Tools screen.
- Fill in the correct user IDs and point values.
- Back up the database.
- Upload the CSV.
- Click Import.
Redefine Loyalty Levels
Use Redefine when you changed level thresholds or imported point totals and need users to be reassigned to the correct level.
The tool processes users in batches in the background. Do not close the page immediately after starting if the screen asks you to wait.
When to Use These Tools
- You migrated from another loyalty plugin.
- You manually imported historical point balances.
- You changed level thresholds after launch.
- Customer levels look out of sync with total earned points.
