Manage Account Endpoints and My Account Menu

Account endpoints are the menu items customers see inside the WooCommerce My Account area, such as Dashboard, Orders, Downloads, Addresses, Payment methods, Account details, and Logout.

Open Endpoint Settings

1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Accounts & Membership.
2. Open the Endpoints section.

Rename a Menu Item

1. Find the endpoint row.
2. Edit the Label.
3. Save changes.
4. Open the My Account page and confirm the new label appears.

Change the URL Slug

The Endpoint slug controls the URL part for that account menu item. For example, an endpoint named Orders may use the slug orders.

Change slugs carefully. If customers or emails already link to old account URLs, changing slugs may break those links.

Reorder Menu Items

You can drag endpoint rows or use the order dropdown. Save changes after reordering.

Hide a Menu Item

Uncheck Show for an endpoint you do not want customers to see. This is useful for Downloads if your store does not sell downloadable products.

Add a Custom Endpoint

1. Click Add endpoint.
2. Enter a label and slug.
3. Choose whether the endpoint is a normal content page or a custom link.
4. Save changes.

For normal endpoints, use Edit content to add content. You can use placeholders such as %%display_name%%, %%first_name%%, and %%last_name%%.

Set Display Permission

Use Preferences to choose whether an endpoint appears for all users or only users with specific roles. This is useful when you have membership roles and want member-only account menu items.

Choose Icons

Each endpoint can use an icon. You can select from built-in FontAwesome icons or upload an icon, depending on the field shown in the endpoint row.

After Changing Endpoints

If endpoint URLs do not work after changing slugs, go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes to refresh rewrite rules.
