Search, Filter, Export, Archive, and Restore Customers
Use the Customers list for daily filtering, bulk actions, CSV export, archive, and restore.

The customer list combines identity, commerce value, lifecycle, attention, risk, tags, and segments in one operational view.
Open the feature
Go to Customers > Customers.
Before you start
- Complete the historical order sync first.
Recommended workflow
- Apply status, value, lifecycle, cohort, attention, tag, or segment filters.
- Sort and open a representative customer row.
- Export only the current filtered set when a handoff is needed.
- Archive obsolete operational profiles and use the Archived filter to restore them.
What success looks like
- The filtered count and CSV rows agree.
- Archiving does not delete WooCommerce orders or WordPress users.
Important notes
- Exports are capped to protect large stores from a heavy single request.
