Manage Preorder and Backorder Orders
Identify preorder and backorder orders, read item labels, and review customer delivery choices.
When customers buy preorder or backorder items, the plugin marks the order so staff can identify delayed fulfillment quickly.
Order List Filters
The Orders screen can include views for all orders, regular orders, preorders, and backorders. The plugin supports both classic order storage and WooCommerce HPOS custom order tables.
Order Icons
Orders can be visually marked when they contain only preorder items, only backorder items, mixed preorder/backorder items, or a mix of regular and delayed items.
Order Item Details
Inside an order, preorder and backorder line items show labels such as Preordered or Backordered, including the available date when present.
Customer Delivery Choice
If customer action is enabled, the order stores whether the customer requested all items at once or separate delivery. The plugin also adds an order note for staff.
