Version 1.4.0 stores job ownership, expiry, cursors, locks, manifests, progress, and per-item errors.
Open the feature
Go to Tools > Thumbnails.
Before you start
- Avoid starting overlapping jobs for the same media scope.
Recommended workflow
- Review Active job and Recent jobs.
- Resume an interrupted job owned by the current administrator.
- Inspect errors before retrying.
- Stop a job that no longer matches the intended scope.
- Start a new job only after the old state is terminal.
What success looks like
- No two workers process the same locked job.
- Audit information remains available after completion.
Important notes
- Stopping a deletion job does not restore files already deleted; use backups if reversal is required.
