Appointments provides List and Calendar views. Administrators can filter by date, status, payment, service, or staff and can update individual or selected appointments.
Open the feature
Go to Yo Booking > Appointments.
Before you start
- Create representative pending and confirmed test appointments.
- Define who may change appointment and payment states.
Recommended workflow
- Use List filters to locate appointments and review customer, booking, status, payment, and notes.
- Open an appointment to update status, internal note, schedule, or payment state.
- Use bulk status only on a reviewed selection.
- Switch to Calendar and test month, week, day, and agenda views.
- On staging, test drag, drop, or resize and verify conflict rollback.
- Export an authorized CSV when operational analysis is needed.
What success looks like
- List, calendar, dashboard, reports, and customer history show consistent appointment data.
- Conflict validation prevents overlapping or unavailable reschedules.
Important notes
- Statuses include pending, confirmed, cancelled, completed, no-show, and rescheduled.
- Appointment totals are stored as booking snapshots and should not be silently rewritten by later service price changes.
