Analytics > Reorders connects customer intent with resulting carts, orders, and order-family workflows.

Open the feature

Go to Analytics > Reorders.

Complete the workflow

  1. Confirm the source order and customer are eligible.
  2. Review selected items, quantity, stock, request conflict, and family context.
  3. Apply the configured action once.
  4. Follow source, return, replacement, queue, or analytics links to verify the result.

Verify the result

  • The source order remains unchanged.
  • The new order contains the intended items and quantity.
  • Family conflicts prevent duplicate cancellation, return, exchange, or reorder work.
