Request a Tax Invoice as a Customer or Guest
Use My Account or a valid order-received link to request and download an invoice.

Logged-in customers must own the order; guests must present the valid WooCommerce order key.
Open the feature
Go to My Account > Orders > View order.
Before you start
- The order must be eligible and accessible to the requester.
Recommended workflow
- Click Request tax invoice.
- Review prefilled fields.
- Enter company/tax/address/email details and submit.
- Open the invoice email attachment.
- Return to the order page and use the protected download link.
What success looks like
- The order displays issued invoice status and download access.
- A guest without the valid key cannot access the PDF.
Important notes
- Submitting another request should not create an uncontrolled duplicate invoice number.
