Review Tax Invoice PDF Content and Tax Summary

Verify seller, customer, order, item, tax, total, note, and footer output in the generated PDF.

Applies to 1.0.1+ Free Stable Verified July 29, 2026

PDF output combines configured seller identity with immutable order totals and the customer invoice request.

Open the feature

Go to WooCommerce > Orders > Edit order > Tax Invoice.

Before you start

  • Use an order containing representative products, discounts, shipping, and tax rates.
  1. Generate the invoice.
  2. Verify invoice/order dates, currency, payment method, and number.
  3. Compare line items, subtotals, taxes, shipping, discounts, and totals with WooCommerce.
  4. Review optional tax-rate columns and grouped tax summary.
  5. Check long addresses, Unicode text, and footer wrapping.

What success looks like

  • PDF totals agree with WooCommerce.
  • The layout remains readable for the store languages and tax configuration.

Important notes

  • Regeneration reflects formatting changes but preserves the issued invoice number.
