Troubleshooting Orders Are Not Marked or Emails Are Not Sent
Fix missing order markers, customer emails, admin reminders, snapshots, and delay notices.
Orders are marked when they are created with preorder or backorder items. Emails depend on order markers, line item snapshots, product availability, WooCommerce email settings, and scheduled events.
Check Order Markers and Snapshots
When an order is created, the plugin stores preorder and backorder item IDs in order meta and saves checkout-time stock snapshots on delayed line items. If the product was not preorder/backorder at checkout, the order may not be marked.

Check Product Status at Checkout Time
Changing a product to preorder after the order is placed does not retroactively mark old orders. Test with a new order after configuring the product.
Check WooCommerce Email Settings
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and confirm preorder/backorder availability emails are enabled.
Check Delay Notices
Delay notices are sent from Stock Campaigns, not from the scheduled availability action. Use the campaign dashboard when the available date moved later after checkout.
Check Diagnostic Logs
Enable diagnostic logging and copy a support bundle if checkout, Store API, or scheduled actions behave differently than expected.
