Use the Orders List Risk Score Column

The Orders list is the fastest place to find orders that may need manual review. When local order risk scoring is enabled, Blacklist Manager Premium adds a Store risk score column to WooCommerce orders.

When the Column Appears

The column appears when Blacklist Manager → Settings → Scoring → Enable order risk is turned on and Blacklist Manager Premium is active.

The column is supported on both WooCommerce order screens:

• Classic orders: WooCommerce → Orders using the legacy shop order list.
• HPOS orders: WooCommerce → Orders using WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.

What the Icons Mean

The icon is not a fixed universal fraud score. It is based on your own risk score thresholds in the Scoring settings.

Why an Order Can Show N/A

An order can show N/A when the order was created before order risk scoring was enabled, when the order does not have saved score data, or when the scoring thresholds/total score are not valid for that order.

For HPOS orders, the plugin checks whether the score meta exists. A score of 0 is still valid and can mean the order is safe. Missing score data is different from a zero score.

How to Review Orders Efficiently

1. Go to WooCommerce → Orders.
2. Look for orders marked Highly risky or Severe risky.
3. Open the order to view the Order risk score box and the detailed matched checks.
4. If the order clearly looks abusive, use the Blacklist actions panel on the order page to add the customer to Suspects or Blocklist.
5. If the order is legitimate, leave it unchanged or remove any incorrect blacklist entry from the same order page.

Important Notes

• The Orders list column helps you find orders to review; it does not replace a manual fraud decision.
• Automatic actions depend on your Automation and Scoring threshold settings.
• A low score does not guarantee that every order is safe. It only means the enabled rules did not add enough risk points to cross your thresholds.
