Dashboard highlights immediate operational attention. Reports aggregates daily performance, payments, top services, and top staff for a selected date range, while Audit log records important changes.
Open the feature
Go to Yo Booking > Reports.
Before you start
- Restrict report, export, and audit access to authorized roles.
- Confirm the reporting date range and currency context.
Recommended workflow
- Review Dashboard cards for confirmations, payment follow-up, no-shows, and failed emails.
- Filter Reports by date and compare daily bookings, revenue, payment position, top services, and top staff.
- Export authorized appointment, customer, or report CSV data.
- Open Yo Booking > Settings > Audit log and filter by event or search term.
- Trace representative appointment, payment, customer, service, staff, settings, and appearance changes.
What success looks like
- Dashboard, reports, exports, and source records agree for the same period.
- Audit entries identify time, actor, event, object, and summary.
Important notes
- Reports are operational summaries and do not replace accounting records.
- Audit records should not be edited as a routine support shortcut.
