What Tax Invoice Requests for WooCommerce Does

Understand customer requests, invoice data, PDF generation, emails, numbering, and protected downloads.

Applies to 1.0.1+ Free Stable Verified July 29, 2026

The plugin replaces manual support tickets with a permission-checked customer request and WooCommerce PDF email workflow.

Open the feature

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Tax invoice.

Before you start

  • WooCommerce must be active.
  • Confirm the legal invoice requirements for the store jurisdiction.
  1. Configure seller details and numbering.
  2. Enable eligible orders and fields.
  3. Submit a test request.
  4. Review the order metabox, PDF, email, and protected download.

What success looks like

  • The invoice number is reserved once and preserved on regeneration.
  • Only authorized customers, guests with a valid order key, and managers can download the PDF.

Important notes

  • The plugin provides configurable invoice output; the store remains responsible for legal and tax compliance.
