What WooCommerce Loyalty Premium Does

WooCommerce Loyalty Premium helps store owners build a points-based loyalty program for WooCommerce. Customers can earn points from orders and other actions, move through loyalty levels, redeem points for discounts, and view their reward summary inside My Account.

The plugin is designed for stores that want to encourage repeat purchases without manually creating coupons for every customer.

Simple version: customers earn points, points can unlock higher levels, and customers can use points for rewards.

Main Features

• Loyalty levels: use customer roles as levels such as Customer, Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
• Order points: award points when an order reaches selected statuses.

Premium vs Free

This plugin is WooCommerce Loyalty Premium. When Premium is active, it prevents the older free plugin from running at the same time to avoid duplicate points logic.

For most stores, keep only the Premium plugin active.
