Yo Booking 2.0.2 is a standalone appointment platform for WordPress. It manages service scheduling, staff availability, customer records, offline payments, operational reporting, integrations, and customer self-service without requiring WooCommerce or an external booking service.
Open the feature
Go to Yo Booking > Dashboard.
Before you start
- WordPress 6.3+ and PHP 7.4+ are required.
- Confirm the WordPress timezone, date format, and time format.
Recommended workflow
- Review the Booking overview and Needs attention cards.
- Create service categories, services, and staff assignments.
- Configure business hours, staff schedules, and exceptions.
- Configure booking rules, payments, notifications, appearance, and customer policies.
- Publish the booking form and customer portal, then complete an end-to-end test.
What success looks like
- The dashboard reports current appointment, payment, email, and service activity.
- Customers can book and securely manage eligible appointments.
Important notes
- Online gateways are separate add-ons; the core includes Pay locally and Bank transfer.
- The plugin follows the timezone and date/time formats configured in WordPress.

- Per-service payment quotes keep no-collection, deposit, and full-payment totals consistent before and after booking.
