Understand Global Blacklist Outcome Delivery

Outcome automation records privacy-safe lifecycle feedback for payments, fulfillment, refunds, chargebacks, appeals, overrides, and manual review.

Open the feature

Go to WooCommerce > Orders > open an order > Order risk score.

Complete the workflow

1. Review the current delivery status.
2. Wait while queued or retrying outcomes are delivered.
3. Retry only when the UI marks the failure as safe to retry.
4. Correct credentials instead of retrying an authentication failure.

Verify the result

• Repeated order events do not create duplicate outcomes.
• Authentication failures stop automatic retry loops.
• The store operation remains independent from feedback delivery.
