Install and Activate Blacklist Manager

Install Blacklist Manager, add Premium when needed, activate the license, and confirm the dashboard and settings menus are ready.

Applies to Core 2.2.11 / Premium 2.6.4+ Stable Verified August 3, 2026

This guide walks through a clean installation. Install the free core plugin first. If you use Premium, install it after the core plugin.

Before You Start

  • You need administrator access to WordPress.
  • WooCommerce should be active if you want checkout and order protection.
  • If you purchased Premium, keep your Premium ZIP file and license key ready.
  • If your site uses cache, security, or optimization plugins, clear cache after setup.

Install The Free Core Plugin

  1. In WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New.
  2. Search for Blacklist Manager.
  3. Click Install Now.
  4. Click Activate.
  5. After activation, confirm that Blacklist Manager appears in the left admin menu.

Install Premium

  1. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
  2. Upload the Blacklist Manager Premium ZIP file.
  3. Click Install Now.
  4. Click Activate Plugin.
  5. Keep the free core plugin active. Premium depends on it.

Activate The Premium License

  1. Go to YoOhw Studio > Licenses.
  2. If you do not see the YoOhw menu, go to Settings > YoOhw Licenses.
  3. Find the Blacklist Manager Premium license field.
  4. Paste your license key.
  5. Click Activate License.
  6. Wait until the page confirms the license is active.

Confirm The Installation

  1. Go to Blacklist Manager > Dashboard. You should see list tabs such as Suspects, Blocklist, IP address, and Domain.
  2. Go to Blacklist Manager > Settings. If Premium is active, you should see tabs such as General, Anti-bots, Automation, Scoring, Verifications, Payments, Permission, Integrations, Tools, and Connection.
  3. Go to Blacklist Manager > Verifications if Premium is not active. With Premium active, Verifications appears as a tab inside Settings.

If Something Is Missing

  • If Blacklist Manager is missing from the admin menu, confirm the core plugin is active.
  • If Premium tabs are missing, confirm Premium is active and the license is active.
  • If checkout rules do not appear, confirm WooCommerce is active.
  • If a non-admin user cannot see the dashboard, review Blacklist Manager > Settings > Permission.

Expected Result

The site should have the Blacklist Manager menu, the Dashboard page, the Settings page, and, if Premium is active, all Premium settings tabs available.
