Open the feature
Go to Blacklist Manager > Settings > Global Blacklist.
Complete the workflow
- Activate with the subscription key.
- Confirm signed plan and connection health.
- Check quota progress and Retry-After state.
- Use masked diagnostics when contacting support.
Verify the result
- Plan tier matches the purchased subscription.
- A test order receives a valid decision.
- No unmasked secret appears in page HTML or screenshots.
