Blacklist Manager Premium / Getting Started August 3, 2026

Start Here: How Blacklist Manager Works

Understand the current Blacklist Manager workflow from local protection and Global Blacklist decisions to order review and documented outcomes.

Applies to Core 2.2.11 / Premium 2.6.4+ Stable Verified August 3, 2026

Blacklist Manager combines local suspect/block lists with optional Premium risk analysis and Global Blacklist decisions. Start in monitoring mode, verify normal checkout, and only then enable strict automation.

Use the four-stage workflow

  1. Collect: add known risky email, phone, IP, domain, address, customer, or device data.
  2. Evaluate: local rules and optional Global Blacklist checks produce allow, challenge, or block context.
  3. Review: use the Orders list risk column, the order risk card, and secure full analysis when available.
  4. Act and document: verify, suspect, block, remove, or report an incorrect result with a reason.
  • Keep Development or monitoring behavior enabled while you test.
  • Start with one blocked test identity and one normal customer identity.
  • Enable only the checkout, registration, form, and verification surfaces your store uses.
  • Review Activity logs and order notes before increasing automation scores.

Verify the result

  • A normal test customer can check out without unexpected friction.
  • A blocked test identity produces the configured notice or order action.
  • The order risk result shows a checked time and an actionable status.

Important notes

  • Global Blacklist feedback does not by itself cancel, refund, or fulfill an order.
  • Core 2.2.11 and Premium beneficial-bot work are not part of this stable guide.

What changed in Core 2.2.11 and Premium 2.6.4

  • Global Blacklist outcome choices now follow the original allow, challenge, or block decision; resolved reviews require a reason and may require an evidence or case ID.
  • Outcome delivery exposes queued, sending, retrying, delivered, rejected, and authentication-failure states with an explicit retry only when safe.
  • Premium adds verified beneficial-bot recognition with provider verification and Detect, Shadow, and Enforce rollout modes.
